Terms of service.

These terms describe the current founding offer. Any written proposal that we both accept may add or replace project-specific details.

Business and contact

Local First AI Studio provides local-AI setup and documentation services. Customer-service questions may be sent to localfirstaistudio@gmail.com.

Current service

The $149 Private AI Setup Sprint covers one Windows computer, one local model engine, one isolated agent workspace, one agreed workflow, written operating instructions, and a seven-day follow-up window. Exact scope is confirmed in writing before remote work begins.

Fit review and acceptance

Customers may purchase the sprint directly. We review readiness after payment and before scheduling. We may decline work when the hardware, requested workflow, software licensing, privacy boundary, or expected result is not practical; an unsuitable purchase declined before work begins will be cancelled and refunded under the published refund policy. Work begins only after payment and written acceptance of scope.

Customer responsibilities

You must provide accurate hardware information, maintain appropriate backups, have authority to use the computer and supplied files, and avoid providing illegal, infringing, confidential, or unauthorized material.

Access and approvals

Credentials and payment details are entered by you and should not be sent through ordinary email. Destructive changes, broad folder access, external-account connections, purchases, public posts, advertisements, or affiliate publications require explicit approval.

Exclusions and results

The sprint does not include new hardware, paid third-party accounts, continuous support, unrelated computer repair, guaranteed model accuracy, guaranteed speed, guaranteed income, customers, or platform outcomes. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before consequential use.

Open-source software

Components and models remain subject to their respective licenses. Availability, compatibility, and behavior can change. We do not transfer ownership of third-party software.

Cancellation, refunds, and disputes

The current cancellation and refund rules are part of these terms and are published on the Refund and cancellation policy page. Contact us first so we can investigate and document any service issue; this request does not remove any rights available under applicable law or through your payment provider.

Privacy

Our handling of inquiry, service, and payment-related information is described in the Privacy policy.

Changes

We may update these terms for future purchases. The version presented when your scope and payment are accepted governs that purchase unless we agree otherwise in writing.
