We do not sell or rent email addresses or customer information.
Information you provide
We may receive your name, email address, hardware details, workflow description, checklist answers, support messages, and files you deliberately provide for an agreed service. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, or unrelated sensitive files by email.
Payments
Payments will be handled by a payment provider such as Stripe. We do not intentionally receive or store complete card or bank-account details. The provider processes payment information under its own privacy terms.
How information is used
We use information to answer inquiries, review service fit, deliver agreed work, provide support, maintain business records, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use customer files to train public AI models.
AI-assisted support
Private or local AI tools may help classify messages, summarize service history, locate documentation, and draft replies. During the founding stage, a person reviews every outbound support reply. AI is not authorized to approve refunds, charges, remote access, destructive actions, account changes, or public posts.
Email and recommendations
We will not add an inquiry address to recurring promotional email without a clear signup choice. Marketing messages will include a way to unsubscribe. Affiliate or sponsored recommendations will be disclosed, and addresses will not be provided to sponsors.
Service providers
Hosting, email, payment, security, and other vendors may process limited information needed to provide their services. We share information only as needed for operations, at your direction, or when legally required.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the service, support, accounting, dispute handling, security, and legal obligations. No system is perfectly secure; we use practical access limits and avoid collecting information we do not need.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, deletion, or an explanation of our handling by emailing localfirstaistudio@gmail.com. Some records may be retained when required for payment, tax, fraud prevention, disputes, or other legal obligations.
Children
The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. Do not submit a child's personal information.
