Customer policy

Refunds and cancellations.

Effective July 12, 2026

We review fit before taking payment because preventing an unsuitable purchase is better than arguing about it afterward.

Before work begins

You may cancel for a full refund any time before scheduled work begins.

After work begins

If you cancel after work begins, we will document completed work and refund the portion reasonably attributable to work and deliverables not yet performed. Completed and delivered work is ordinarily non-refundable unless it is defective or applicable law requires otherwise.

If we cannot complete the agreed scope

If we cancel the project or discover a limitation that prevents completion of the agreed scope, we will refund the unperformed portion. If the issue should reasonably have been identified during our pre-payment readiness review, we will not charge you for that failure.

Service issues

Please report setup defects within 14 calendar days after delivery. The included seven-day follow-up covers corrections to the agreed setup. New workflows and unrelated support require separate agreement.

How to request a cancellation or refund

Email localfirstaistudio@gmail.com with the purchaser email, purchase date, and a description of the request. Do not email card or bank details.

Processing time

We will acknowledge the request as soon as practical and normally within three business days. Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method; the payment provider or bank controls when funds appear and may take additional business days.

Disputes

Contact us first so we can investigate and provide a written resolution. Nothing in this policy removes rights available under applicable law or through your card issuer or payment provider.

Digital products

No digital product is currently offered for sale. A product-specific refund policy will be displayed before the Local AI Starter Kit becomes purchasable.
